These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AstroDate website, mobile application, services, features and related products operated by AstroDate ("AstroDate", "we", "us", "our"), founded by Ritik.
By creating an account, accessing AstroDate, purchasing a service, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with them, please do not use AstroDate.
AstroDate is a dating and relationship-discovery platform designed to help people discover meaningful connections using a combination of profile information, stated preferences, personality-related information and astrology-based features.
We help you discover people. What happens next is up to you.
AstroDate does not promise that you will find a relationship, marriage, soulmate, life partner, or any particular outcome.
Compatibility scores, astrology results, numerology insights and other recommendations are intended to assist discovery and conversation. They are not guarantees about another person's behaviour, intentions, personality, future, relationship outcome or compatibility.
You must meet the minimum legal age applicable to use a dating service in your jurisdiction and be legally capable of entering into these Terms.
You must not use AstroDate if:
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AstroDate is lawful in your location.
Some features require an account.
When creating an account, you agree to provide information that is reasonably accurate and to keep it updated when necessary.
Depending on the features you use, this may include:
Your account is yours.
Please don't sell it, rent it, transfer it, or let someone else operate it as though they were you.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you notify us of unauthorized access.
AstroDate is built around real human connection.

Don't create multiple misleading identities.
You agree not to create a profile that is materially false, misleading, fraudulent or designed to deceive another person.
Where AstroDate offers identity or selfie verification, verification means that certain information has passed our verification process. It does not mean that AstroDate guarantees a person's character, intentions, background, profession, relationship status or future behaviour.
A verification badge is not a character certificate.
You retain your rights in the content you upload to AstroDate.
However, by uploading photos, text, prompts, interests, profile information or other content ("User Content"), you grant AstroDate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, process and technically modify that content as reasonably necessary to:
This licence ends when the relevant content is deleted, except where retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or technical purposes.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload the content.
AstroDate is a dating platform, not a free pass to behave badly.
You must not use AstroDate to:
If something feels wrong, report it.
AstroDate can help you meet people.
It cannot meet them for you.
Please use reasonable caution when moving conversations offline.
Never send money to someone simply because you met them on AstroDate.
Be careful about sharing:
If you decide to meet someone offline, consider meeting in a public place, telling someone you trust where you are going, and maintaining control over your own transportation and finances.
AstroDate is not responsible for conduct that occurs outside the Platform, although we may take action on Platform activity that violates these Terms.

These features are algorithmic and/or astrology-based.
A compatibility score is not a scientific guarantee, psychological diagnosis, prediction of relationship success, or promise of marriage.
Astrology and numerology are interpretive systems. Their outputs should be treated as informational and personal-interest content rather than certainty.
Two people with a high score may not work out.
Two people with a lower score may still form a meaningful relationship.
The stars can start a conversation. They don't sign the relationship contract.

AstroDate does not represent astrology, numerology, palmistry or related practices as a substitute for:
You should make important personal, medical, financial, legal and relationship decisions using appropriate professional advice and your own judgment.
You can report profiles, messages or other activity that you believe violates our policies.
We may review reported content and take action that we reasonably consider appropriate, including:
We do not promise that every report will result in an account being removed.
We also do not guarantee that every violation will be detected.
You may block another user where the feature is available.
When you block someone, their ability to interact with you through the relevant AstroDate functionality may be restricted.
Blocking does not necessarily delete information already retained for security, legal or moderation purposes.
AstroDate may use mutual-interest mechanisms before enabling certain communication features.
For example, where applicable, messaging may become available after both users express mutual interest.
AstroDate may store and process messages and related metadata as reasonably necessary to:

AstroDate may offer paid plans, subscriptions, credits or individual services.
Available plans, prices, billing periods and features will be shown before purchase.
Paid plans may include features such as additional discovery tools, astrology services, enhanced matching features or other premium functionality.

No hidden cosmic fine print. We show the price before you pay.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
AstroDate may not receive or store complete payment-card information where payment processing is handled by a third-party provider.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize applicable charges for services you purchase.
Taxes, transaction fees or other charges may apply where required.
AstroDate may rely on third-party services for functions such as:

AstroDate is not responsible for independent third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
AstroDate's name, branding, logo, interface, design elements, software, original content, graphics, text, features and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to AstroDate unless otherwise stated.
You may use AstroDate only for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, sell, redistribute or commercially exploit AstroDate or its protected materials without written permission.
Automated scraping, crawling, harvesting or systematic extraction of AstroDate profiles, photographs, compatibility information, user data or other Platform content is prohibited unless expressly authorized by us.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of AstroDate, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Subject to mandatory consumer or other legal rights available to you, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at India.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to take away rights that you cannot legally waive.

Your continued use of AstroDate after the updated Terms become effective means that you acknowledge the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

But no algorithm, birth chart or compatibility number can replace human judgment.
